Tricia grew up in a small town outside of Columbus Ohio. She relocated to Tampa Florida in 2011 and quickly grew her knowledge of the area by performing BPOs (Bank Price Opinions) for Bank owned properties and Short Sales. She is actively involved in the local community, volunteering with the Hillsborough County Guardian ad Litem program, member of the New Tampa Juniors, and has volunteered at her church, and is a current member of CEO Chicks. She resides in New Tampa with her husband and children.
